Well, dang it. You work and play hard in Kinco® product – there is normal wear over time but then there are defects in materials and workmanship. You should always receive the highest performing product from us and if you haven't, we want to make it right.
Kinco® will replace the exact product (style, size, and color) or provide you a refund. If the exact product is no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will be of equal or greater value.
If you believe that you've received an item the qualifies for replacement coverage under our warranty, please simply let us know by initiating a return request. Be sure to select the "Defective Item" return reason when prompted.
