Products purchased from an authorized dealer must be returned to the place of purchase.
Products purchased from our website must be returned through our online return request process. Return and/or exchange requests must be submitted within 45 days from the order date. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
If your return qualified for an exchange, you can submit a replacement order for the correct item while your return is being processed.
